We only have one car between us, so one of us will need to travel with person 1 or 2. sometimes due to distance between locations it isn't always possible to photograph both parties at different getting ready locations.

If so it would be really great for us to know who they are so that we can make contact with them before the day and familiarise ourselves with their style etc.
After the ceremony you will usually sign the register, we are not allowed to photograph the actual signing due to the data protection act. however after the signing I will be called forward to photograph a mock signing, you will be given a fake pen and book to pretend to sign while I take a few photos of you then with your witnesses, please let me know if you would like this to happen.
If this is a yes just a few things to consider, firstly hardly anybody brings confetti to weddings anymore so you will need to provide this, also there is no such thing as too much confetti so gets lots! Its also worth thinking about if you want to do this "Live" as you leave the ceremony. Or if you want us to set this up for you, we can get everyone to line up either side of the exit or nominated area and you can walk through. Or you may want to do this on the dance floor with confetti canons during your first dance. What ever you decide please could you provide full details:

To save time please have these items ready to photography for my arrival, think about the hanger you use, please also consider the light in the room you're getting ready in, as much natural light as possible would be great!

These are the posed formal pictures of your different family and friend combinations, the kind of photo you put on the mantelpiece. If you do decide to have these we recommend to try to keep this to under 10 photographs as each one can take at least 5 minutes to setup and photograph. We usually try to do this during drinks/canapes after the ceremony. It would be great if you could nominate a few members of the wedding party to round up the different people ready for the next photo to speed up the whole process and not take up to much of your day. Please see the section at the end of the form for the list.

If we are with you for more than 5 hours we really will need to eat. It is a high energy job and it can be a long day, so we will need to refuel at some point. It is always useful for us to know before the day if any provisions have been made for us. We try to eat at the same time as you, so we don't miss anything. Kelly doesn't eat any meat except for chicken and fish, but as that can be tricky happy to be put down as a veggie, Nathan eats pretty much anything. So we know what to expect or prepare for on the day, it would be great if you could indicate below by selecting the appropriate options.
